Sometimes we look at our big goal and feel completely overwhelmed. And we both know feelings of overwhelm lead to analysis paralysis.
So next time you have a big goal, step back, divide it in half and then into fourths. What are the two things I need to do to accomplish this? And then what are four small things I can do to accomplish my two big things?
