So what is the right work? What should we be working on as inventory-based business owners? The answer: INVENTORY.
Inventory is the life blood of our business. Focusing on the right things means focusing on getting our inventory under control.
Inventory and how we manage it will make or break our sanity and our business. Inventory has the power to let us write our own paycheck.
Four out of five lines on a profit and loss statement are driven by inventory. Without these in order, nothing else will fall into place.
